Cosmetic and Ingredient Safety Reference Library

Video, articles and information to help you understand and navigate the complex and confusing world of personal care product ingredients.

Despite my love of science experiments and chemistry sets when I was young, I'm the furthest thing from a chemist or biologist. I am, however, a great researcher and report writer. I won't give you my own opinion on the subject, but I will use this page to share what I can find!

Some of the material you will see here is from a company called Beautycounter. This company manufactures and sells makeup, skin care, and personal care products with safer ingredients researching, testing and conducting studies on ingredient safety. They have banned 1,500 ingredients from their products to make them safer for you and your family.

When I found out about this company, I did my research and put my trust and faith in their products because I know that they are more transparent with their ingredients than any other company I have been able to find. They do the work to make their products safe, so I don't even have to read labels or worry about the quality of product I will get.

Checkout this video if you want to learn more about them!

As you heard in the video Beautycounter products are sold though social selling. I am affiliated with the company and can help you pick out the best products for you and your family.
